Yes. All listings, creatives and promotions require your approval before they go live. Your MAP and pricing rules are enforced across every channel.

We operate two climate-controlled warehouses in Malaysia, offering national coverage and same-day despatch cut-off at 12 pm.

Paid orders received before 12 pm ship the same day; orders after 12 pm leave the next working day. This applies to every marketplace we service.

Yes. Our customer-care team works 7 days a week, managing pre-sale queries, post-sale issues and returns in line with each marketplace’s SLA.

Standard set-up is 7 days from paperwork to first live listing. Complex, multi-variation or regulated products can take up to 14 days while approvals are secured.
